By accessing and placing an order on doodleism, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

Overview

doodleism offers custom, hand-drawn digital portraits and related printed products, created from photos provided by the customer.

All portraits are made individually and require time, care, and manual work.

 

 

Custom portraits

All portraits are custom-made based on the photos and information you provide.

Because of the personalized nature of the service:

  • Portraits cannot be returned once work has started

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once photos have been submitted and the portrait has been scheduled

Order process

After placing an order, you’ll receive instructions to submit photos and details.

Please make sure:

  • Photos are clear and representative

  • All relevant details are shared at the time of submission

 

doodleism is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from unclear or incomplete reference photos.

 

 

Turnaround time

 

Estimated turnaround times are provided on the website and may vary depending on workload and order volume.

Rush delivery options are subject to availability and must be confirmed before purchase.

 

 

Revisions

A preview of the portrait is provided before final delivery.

Minor adjustments are included to ensure the portrait feels right.

Major changes or requests outside the original order may require an additional fee.

 

 

Digital files

Final portraits are delivered as high-resolution digital files.

You may:

  • Print them for personal use

  • Share them digitally

 

You may not:

  • Resell the artwork

  • Use it for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed

 

 

Printed products

Printed products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a printed item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at jordi@doodleism.studio within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue and packaging.

Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

 

 

Intellectual property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of doodleism.

doodleism reserves the right to display completed portraits for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

 

Limitation of liability

doodleism is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete information or late photo submission

  • Color differences between screens and printed materials

  • Misuse of digital files after delivery
