When will I receive my portrait?
The current delivery window is 3–4 weeks from the moment photos are submitted.
A limited number of rush delivery slots (1 week) are available upon request and subject to availability.
If you need your portrait sooner, please contact me before ordering to check availability.
How do I send my photos?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Photo & Details Guide, explaining what to send and how to send it.
What kind of photos do you need?
I’ll need a few photos of each person (and pets, if included).
Clear photos of faces and full-body photos work best.
You’re also welcome to share references for clothing, accessories, or small details you’d like me to consider.
I don’t have photos of everyone together. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You can send separate photos of each person, and I’ll bring them together in the final portrait.
Do the portraits come printed?
Portraits are delivered as high-resolution digital files.
If you’d like a printed version, printed options are available separately and can be added to your order.
Can I choose clothing and other details?
Yes. After checkout, you’ll be able to share clothing preferences and any other details you’d like me to consider.
If nothing specific is requested, I’ll make choices that best suit the portrait.
Can I choose the background color?
Portraits are created with a clean, balanced background by default.
You’re welcome to suggest a color if you have one in mind.
A detailed background can also be added as an optional add-on.
I want to order a portrait as a gift, but I don’t have photos yet. What should I do?
You can order a gift certificate instead.
This allows you to gift a portrait without needing photos right away.
The recipient can contact me later to start the process.
Can I make changes after I see the preview?
Yes. Small adjustments are included to make sure the portrait feels right before final delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted before photos are submitted.
Cancellations must be requested within 6 months of the original purchase date. After six months, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Once photos are sent, time is reserved in my schedule and cancellations are no longer possible.
What file format will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution digital files suitable for printing in multiple sizes.
What is the best size to print my portrait?
This depends on how many people are in the portrait and where you plan to display it.
Larger portraits work best for bigger families, as they allow details to be clearly visible.

Where are portraits printed?
When you choose a printed option, portraits are produced through a worldwide print provider with facilities in multiple countries.
This allows prints to be produced closer to you, reducing delivery time and CO₂ emissions.

You’ve drawn a portrait for me before. Can I update it later?
Yes. If you’d like to add a new family member and keep the original portrait unchanged, you can order a Family Upgrade instead of a new portrait.
