Refund policy
Because all doodleism portraits are custom-made from your photos, returns are not accepted.
That said, we understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help when possible.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange before the portrait work has started, as long as:

Photos have not been submitted yet

The portrait has not been scheduled

The new portrait option is of the same value or lower
If the new option has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.
Once the drawing process has started, exchanges are no longer possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if:

Photos have not been sent

The portrait has not been scheduled
Cancellations must be requested within 6 months of the original purchase date. After six months, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Once photos are submitted and a spot has been reserved in the drawing schedule, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Why these policies exist
Each portrait is drawn by hand, one at a time.
Once photos are received, time is reserved exclusively for your portrait, which makes it impossible to resell or reassign that work.

Printed products
Printed products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
To request a replacement, email us at jordi@doodleism.studio within 7 days of delivery, including:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Why this policy exists
Printed items are produced specifically for each order and cannot be resold.
That said, we want you to receive your portrait in perfect condition, and we’ll always take care of issues caused during printing or shipping.
