2. Photos & details

After your order, I’ll send you an email with everything I need and how to send it.

You don’t need to have everything figured out now, we’ll sort it out together.

3. I draw it

I draw each portrait by hand, one by one, from your photos.

When it’s ready, I’ll send you a preview so you can check everything feels right.
You can ask for small changes before I finish it.

4. Final delivery

Once approved, I’ll send you the final high-resolution files and a 6x8inches print, if you order a couple or family portrait, and a 5x7inches print, if you ordered a furry friend portrait. And matching waterproof vinyl sticker (approx.2.8 × 1.2 in/7 × 3 cm).

Packages are sent via regular mail to avoid customs delays and extra charges, so it should arrive in your mailbox about 7-20 days after you get the notification, depending on you are located.

Delivery time

Usually 3–4 weeks for a couple and family portrait and 1 week for a furry friend portrait.

If you need it sooner, I sometimes have a few rush spots, just ask me before ordering.

A couple of things to know

Since each portrait is made just for you, I can’t accept returns.

If you haven’t sent the photos yet, you can cancel your order within 6 months.
Once photos are sent, I start working on it and can’t cancel it anymore.
