Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to both digital and printed products purchased from Doodleism.
Digital products
All custom portraits are delivered as high-resolution digital files.

Digital files are sent by email once the portrait is approved

No physical shipping is required for digital-only orders

Delivery times are outlined on the product pages and may vary depending on workload
Printed products
Printed products are made to order and shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping is included in the price of all printed products

Prints are produced through a worldwide network of professional print providers

Whenever possible, orders are printed locally, close to the delivery address, to reduce delivery time and CO₂ emissions
Production & delivery time

Print files are usually prepared and sent to production within 1–2 business days after approval

Once in production, delivery typically takes up to 10 days, depending on location
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local carriers or unforeseen delays.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
doodleism is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or defective items
If a printed product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at
jordi@doodleism.studio within 7 days of delivery, including:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or defective item

Photos of the packaging
Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
International shipping
Printed products can be shipped internationally.
Local production is used whenever possible to ensure faster delivery and lower environmental impact.
Please note that customs duties or local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
